How can i help you improve your health?

As a progression from Personal Training Jack is going through the UKSCA accreditation process to become an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. This pathway includes Studying how to plan effective programs, Olympic weight lighting and Plyometrics, Agility and Speed or sports performance. From running a 26.2 marathon in 3:06:11 to being a pacer for Runners World in the London Marathon he has grown the attitude to "run it red" in everything he does!

On completing a BSc in Exercise and Sport, James followed his passion in sport and fitness which lead him to spending 2 years in New Zealand as an academy cricket coach. Since then he has boosted his own understanding of Health and Fitness by completing his Personal Training Diploma and Exercise Refferal qualification. James' aim is always to improve as a Wellbeing Traienr which has lead him into studying for a Life Coaching Award which covers Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Stress Management and Psychology and Counselling.

Rob has a unique and innovative approach to coaching, incorporating all aspects of the body and mind to help all his clients achieve the best and often far more than they ever expect. This approach combines NLP techniques (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to ensure the mind-set, and way of thinking, is conducive to getting the desired results with the NKT aches and pains approach, which focuses on how the whole body operates rather than just focusing on a specific ache/pain.  Rob practices Precision Nutrition, using this to help his clients make changes to their diet and improve their body composition, health and lifestyle.

He has always been a big fan of function and weight training as well as this he is always looking to further his knowledge and stay up to date with the latest trends in training and nutrition. His personal achievements include competing at high levels in both football and running both long and short distance.
