Meg has been a Personal Trainer for the past year and a half and within that time has worked with many clients, in helping them achieve their health and fitness goals including nutrition management, weight loss, strength building and conditioning. 

She is also qualified as a Level 4 Women's Fitness Specialist, which includes helping women at prenatal, postnatal, premenopausal and menopausal stages of their lives - by maintaining and/or improving their health and fitness levels. 

Meg enjoys nothing more than helping clients, both men and women, of all ages, achieve their goals through providing customised nutritional advice and tailored training programmes!
