How can I help you improve your health?

I am someone who has always had an interest in the capabilities of the human body, whether that is in a physical or psychological capacity. I became a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor after a dramatic physical transformation of my own, going from 18.5 stone, down to 12(ish). I wanted to help people and equip people with the tools to achieve any goal they wish to achieve. I felt even more drawn to this profession because we live in an age where there is so much information and hardly any that is genuinely reliable. You will always get honesty from me and I aim to be constantly filling any gaps in my knowledge and keeping up to date with all the latest developments.

We know that people in general believe that only your body will gain benefit from exercise however I know through my own experiences the huge mental health benefits of regular exercise and how it can help you in your day to day life. Training programmes ranging from exercising safely with obesity to strength training or muscle gain, I am capable of helping any individual achieve and attain any goal that is set. I will formulate a plan of action for yourself that is optimal for your own individual needs and I promise that you will receive all of my attention as my client.
