Children's Crèche and Junior Programme in Romford

We'll keep your children safe and entertained, leaving you to enjoy your gym time.

We believe that children should have the opportunity to engage in activities that help instil a positive attitude to exercise and wellness, and so we are delighted to welcome families to our club.

We are proud to offer a wide range of activities for children of all ages including yoga, circuits, dance and football, as well as craft activities and soft play.

Swimming lessons, which are available at an extra cost, follow the Swim England scheme and are available for children aged 3 months and upwards.

Alternatively, why not join us for our weekly weekend events especially for our family members in our café, including our popular ‘Junior Chefs’ session?

Children need to hold a membership to be able to take advantage of these facilities.

Please check with one of our team in the club for prices.
