I offer over six years of personal training experience, designing programmes specifically for my clients needs. My training varies from glute building/activation, muscle building, fat loss and also boxing. Lacking motivation and need guidance? I’ll take you through every step of the way making sure that you enjoy the start of your new journey and also educate you to what you need to be doing to reach your goals.
