Using all the different skills I have learnt over the years from personal programmes, to group classes, to skills I have learnt training as a professional dancer, I believe I can help create and individual experience for every person.

You always know what to expect when you turn up to train with me, I’ll push you to your limits whilst you enjoy yourself at the same time. I like to create a safe, positive environment for clients to reach their full potential, no matter what the goal is!

I will devise an individualised training programme, utilising strength, resistance and high intensity training to help you achieve your goals. I will support you to learn the correct technique, gain confidence and have fun within the gym environment whilst also motivating you to stay focused and committed to your progression.

I specialise with people wanting to lose weight and improve their fitness levels, as well as those working towards specific performance-related goals. I also have expertise in menstrual cycle mapping and working with women to achieve maximal benefits by tailoring training accordingly.

I offer over six years of personal training experience, designing programmes specifically for my clients needs. My training varies from glute building/activation, muscle building, fat loss and also boxing. Lacking motivation and need guidance? I’ll take you through every step of the way making sure that you enjoy the start of your new journey and also educate you to what you need to be doing to reach your goals.
