Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

We have strong links with many orthopaedic consultants and have an excellent track record in the rehabilitation of upper and lower limb sports injuries. In addition, we can offer pre and post natal treatment and advice as well as vertigo and balance rehabilitation with our vestibular specialist.

How can I help you improve your health?

I qualified as a Physiotherapist from Plymouth University back in 2016. Prior to this I attained a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and worked within the fitness industry for a number of years. My background has always involved the human body, physical fitness and being able to help people.

Since graduating I have worked within the NHS (Leicestershire Partnership Trust) and the Ministry of Defence (RAF and Army). I have also treated members of the Fire Service at their rehabilitation facility and worked closely with the Royal Marines.

I started working for Nuffield Health in 2022. I consistently strive to provide the highest standards of care for every patient I treat here at Nuffield. If you are interested in physiotherapy then please don’t hesitate to get booked in for an appointment.

How can I help you improve your health?

Tom graduated from Coventry University 2003 and has over 20 years' post graduate experience. He started his career working in the NHS at the Walsall Healthcare Trust for 13 years, developing skills working with adults and children with MSK and rheumatological conditions. After moving to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital for 18 months to develop further advanced skills, he then moved to Nuffield Health in 2020. He has also spent a year working in Academy football at Aston Villa.

Has a keen interest in sports-related conditions for adults and children, and delivers excellent quality exercise prescription, massage and mobilisations. He has an empathetic ear and understands the complex biopsychosocial nature of pain and disability in those with chronic conditions such as lower back pain.

Outside of work he enjoys playing bike polo, sewing, gaming and travelling.
