Everyone needs to move around and we all like to do this in different ways.  Dan wants to help you become the best version of yourself by discovering your favourite ways to train.  His specialties are resistance training, martial arts and nutrition; he also has a strong interest in flexibility, posture correction and cardio vascular fitness. He is passionate about the fitness industry and enjoys helping people of all levels of experience with their specific goals. Whether you want personal training sessions or just a general chat, don’t hesitate to go and talk to him.

Nino is passionate about the fitness industry and committed to improving the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of individuals. He approaches work with a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination.

Nino holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and HCPC & CSP Registration. He has, over the last two years, started to diversify and developed his skills in nutrition, exercise science, injury prevention, sport injury rehabilitation & supplementation.

Coming from a yoga background, which Ryan has been continuously teaching for over nine years. Ryan's philosophy is to incorporate his knowledge and awareness of the body into a training programme that’s individually suited to each client to give you the full benefits of a total workout with less chance of injuries and maximum benefits for the body. His goal is to make sure you can relax and enjoy every single workout with him whilst still pushing you towards your goals!
