Getting fit can be boring and frustrating. Greg’s aim is to make you enjoy coming into the gym with difficult, yet fun, challenging programs. He will be constantly pushing you to improve in every session, whether that means lifting extra weight, getting an extra rep or 30 seconds more cardio, each progression, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction.

Andy is a Personal Trainer here at Nuffield Health and has over 12 years experience within the industry. He is an approachable and easy going understanding person who is ready to listen to any health or fitness related questions. He specialises in posture correction, strength & conditioning and weight loss.

If you see him around the gym please do not hesitate to ask him anything. He is always willing and ready to help all our valued members here at Nuffield.

Nino Morillas

Nino is passionate about the fitness industry and committed to improving the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of individuals. He approaches work with a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination.

Nino holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and HCPC & CSP Registration. He has, over the last two years, started to diversify and developed his skills in nutrition, exercise science, injury prevention, sport injury rehabilitation & supplementation.

As a highly qualified trainer, Dan removes the ‘guess-work approach to training’ by prescribing exercise programmes using Periodisation; a scientific method studied at degree level to guarantee maximal training results. He has the experience and knowledge to manipulate training variables in order to set fun, challenging and progressive training sessions to optimise your individual training goals.

By using the industries’ most proven training methods, I prescribe exercise sessions that are both productive and effective. Luke has over 9 years industry experience and utilises his skills in sports specific, functional, and stability training to provide a results driven experience.

He also specialises in correcting common problems such as back, knee and shoulder pain, improving maximum efficiency during exercise and promoting pain free movement.
