Getting fit can be boring and frustrating. Greg’s aim is to make you enjoy coming into the gym with difficult, yet fun, challenging programs. He will be constantly pushing you to improve in every session, whether that means lifting extra weight, getting an extra rep or 30 seconds more cardio, each progression, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction.
