As a national league hockey athlete I have experience of how to increase and maintain fitness from amateur to professional level. Having a Sport and Exercise Science degree I have extensive background knowledge that can help you achieve your goals. Whether it be stress at work or lack of motivation to get up and go to the gym, we will work together through effective programming and my personalised support.
