How can I help you improve your health?

I studied sports coaching and development at university where I created plans to help people progress and develop within sport, using specific training.

Further to this I then qualified as a Personal Trainer and now combine my knowledge to assist people reach their goals.

I have had previous experience working with clients of all ages, from people in their late teens through to those in their mid to late sixties.  Throughout I have helped them pursue the goals they desire or to help them with joint pain or injury recovery.  Where required we also pushed their expectations of themselves further than they thought possible.

I aim to assist clients and guide them to achieve their goals and enjoy life.

After 11 years at the Royal Academy Dance of Madrid, followed by many years both performing and teaching. I decided to take my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification as I have the experience and skills to help you both physically and mentally to reach your goals. Jez has a military background having been in the Army. He loved the physical aspect of the job and has always been keen on sport and exercise.

From working in logistics in the Army, Jez has spent 30 years managing a logistics warehouse.

Always wanting to get into an exercise-based career, he took the plunge during the pandemic and signed up for his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

He is a great addition to the team and already has a number of Fitness related courses under his belt.
