As a professional, fully-qualified personal trainer and wellness adviser with over 5 years experience, I am passionate to improve your knowledge, body and skills in order meeting your goals.

I am a highly organised, passionate and motivated personal trainer, group exercise instructor and athlete!

My passion for fitness has inspired me to help others in their lives by sharing my knowledge and motivation on a daily basis.

What makes me the happiest and gives me the push to continue what I am doing is seeing my clients and class participants improvements and happiness grow every time I see them. Changing people's lives is such a rewarding job that I absolutely love!

I enjoy teaching classes. The reason is simple, every class feels like a party that is constantly burning tons of calories! Every class reduces stress, improves health, mood and lifestyle

Being a physical education teacher for four years, personal trainer for 3 years, training swimming and basketball at national academic level, I believe I have gained experience in what it takes to achieve a goal and I am able to teach you principles to help you achieve your goals. Whether you looking to improve your general health and fitness or to swim across the English Channel, I can help you get there!

Through fun, informative and educated sessions, I have been able to tap into the key problems that stop many from achieving their goals, whether its motivation, physical, posture/injuries or knowledge in the gym I can create a great atmosphere for all my clients to work and improve! Focusing on weight loss, strength/cardio, body sculpting, boxing and nutrition to get you to your goals there is something for everyone.
