Make an impact! If I can make an impact on any life, I would be building a version of me that helps me wake up with a smile, that’s a positive one of course! There are many occasions when we all have to deal with life's battle ropes tripping us up. Having an understanding of how to live a positive lifestyle, by making gradual but significant changes is what guides me in breaking down barriers and overcoming hurdles. I have a strong background in martial arts supported by over a decade of sports studies; therefore, my aim is to put the same passion and dedication into tailoring my programs, training sessions and everyday life. That’s why I live by the mantra ‘Make an impact’.

My mission is then to support you in building the best version of yourself that would keep that smile on your face and make you feel good about your overall fitness and well-being.
