If you’re seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE™. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE™ is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

What to expect:

We begin with a warm-up followed by a sequence of cardio-esque training, building to a cardio peak.  We then move into ballet strength, using light weights, and finish with a targeted balletic conditioning to complete your full body training.

Suitable for:

You don’t need to be a ballerina to participate in this style of training - beginners are welcome. This is also a suitable exercise to participate in during pregnancy.

What to bring?

All the equipment needed (small free weights) will be provided in the class. You will need to bring a water bottle, towel and comfortable clothing including socks as you’ll be removing your shoes (ballet shoes are optional).
