I’ve been lifting weights and studying training and nutrition for over 30 years, and have always had a keen interest in bodybuilding. I love the idea of focusing one each muscle group individually and taking it to fatigue, then reaching the end of the week knowing you’ve worked every inch of the body to the max. I believe that if you want results you need to be focusing on a goal and working to a program. I’m obsessed with correct form and technique and preventing injury, and I believe that resistance training (done properly) is one of the safest and most effective ways of keeping yourself fit and strong and promoting healthy bones no matter what your age.

I have 10 years of knowledge in personalised body fitness. I teach multiple training styles to suit every client's specific needs, always working towards the results that you wish to see in yourself. I specialise in: weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, body toning, body sculpting, core training, yoga and thanks to my amazing wife, I welcomed my first son in 2022, and have plenty of experience in Pre and Post natal training and Nutrition.

Having competed and won the title of Mr India in 2014, I am well-versed in natural bodybuilding and can confidently assist in competition preparation.

I specialise in acupuncture, so I am able to help with muscle pain management as well as muscle recovery through pressure points.
