I’m not here to convince anyone to stay healthy and fit I only encourage it; you can take a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. For those who have made the decision to improve their fitness, lose weight or train for a specific goal or an event I am more than qualified with the tools and ability to assist you with achieving this.

I don’t believe in routine. The key to exercise to keep it spontaneous, enjoyable and changing but above all the focus on progressing forwards. I am 100% with everything I do and if you come in and give me your best inside and outside the gym I can guarantee you results.
