I have competed over 50 times as an Amateur and Professional Boxer. Training as a Boxer has helped me understand how it feels to be trained as well as training someone. It is a valuable experience which allows me to build a great understanding and relationship with my clients. Asides from Boxing, I also use Circuit/HIIT and Weight training to help my clients achieve Weight Loss; Increase Strength and Muscle Mass; Improve Fitness and Build a greater Core Stability.

Good technique is very important and I will guide you step by step to train safely and get the most out of your time at the gym.
