Lucy trained in Cardiff and qualified as a registered dietitian in 2004. She combines full-time NHS employment as a specialist gastroenterology dietitian with private practice and freelance nutrition consultancy work.
Lucy is experienced in the dietary management of bowel conditions including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and is the lead specialist gastroenterology dietitian in Plymouth for Coeliac Disease and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
In 2012 she completed the King’s College London low FODMAP course and using this advanced dietetic approach has successfully advised numerous clients with IBS. Lucy also maintains multiple competencies in nutritional support, food allergy/intolerance and weight management.

Lucy provides specialist dietetic advice to adults with gastrointestinal disorders or diseases, primarily: IBS (King’s College London FODMAP trained), Inflammatory Bowel Disease, coeliac disease and diverticular disease.
