About

Alice holds a First-Class Honours degree in Nutrition (2008) and completed her postgraduate training in Dietetics at Cardiff. She achieved registration as a Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in 2012, demonstrating her commitment to rigorous professional standards, clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Alice has extensive experience working across NHS specialist weight management and bariatric services, where she supports patients undergoing surgical procedures such as bariatric surgery, as well as those requiring non-surgical treatment pathways. Her work also includes private clinic practice and freelance nutrition consultancy. She maintains active membership with the British Dietetic Association (BDA), including the Obesity Specialist Group and contributes to clinical education as a Guest Lecturer at Birmingham City University for MSc Dietetic students.

Her clinical practice encompasses dietary assessment, screening and diagnosis, supporting patients before and after interventions such as surgery or medical treatment. Alice has significant experience in the dietary management and ongoing rehabilitation of conditions including obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, malnutrition, food allergies and intolerances, and a range of gastrointestinal disorders. Alice’s approach integrates behaviour change therapy and patient-centred care, enabling individuals to adhere to dietary interventions in a sustainable way.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care, Alice works collaboratively with patients to optimise their nutritional status, support diagnosis and disease management, and enhance overall health outcomes. Her consultations are tailored to individual clinical needs, providing practical, personalised and effective dietary guidance.
