About
Mrs Polly Ford is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. She trained in Wales and undertook her Subspeciality training in Leicester and Oxford.
She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She stays abreast of current research through her members of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the British Fertility Society (BFS), the British and European Societies for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE / ESGE).
During her time in Leicester, she was a member of the tertiary endometriosis team making her proficient at a wide range of benign gynaecological procedures and ultrasound.
Special interests
Polly’s areas of special interest are reproductive endocrinology, male fertility, reproductive surgery (laparoscopic, hysteroscopic and open) and minimally invasive gynaecology.
