About
Mr Chambers has been a Colorectal and general Surgeon at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital since 2009. He completed his specialist training at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, followed by further advanced training in Auckland City Hospital in New Zealand and a laparoscopic surgery fellowship in Bristol.
He has extensive experience in keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery for colon cancer, hernias, and bowel function problems. He is also highly skilled in performing colonoscopies and treating colon and rectal polyps.

Mr Chambers was awarded an MD (UCL) for cancer research undertaken jointly between John Radcliffe Hospital and Cancer Research UK.
Mr Chambers has also published papers relating to the surgical treatment of colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, functional bowel problems and many other aspects of colorectal surgery.
