About
Mr Tim Biggs is a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Rhinologist based in Hampshire, with specialist expertise in disorders of the nose and sinuses, nasal airway surgery, and cosmetic nasal surgery. He holds a PhD and has contributed to more than 60 publications, reflecting a commitment to evidence-based patient care.
His work covers the full breadth of rhinology and ENT, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) for chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, septoplasty and turbinate surgery for nasal obstruction, and specialist treatments for rhinitis, including posterior nasal neurectomy. His NHS practice supports a high surgical volume across complex rhinological conditions.
Mr Biggs performs cosmetic nasal surgery at the Adnova Clinic in Fareham. He holds RCS Board Certification in Cosmetic Nasal Surgery and is one of only a small number of UK surgeons practising both ultrasonic Piezo rhinoplasty and dorsal preservation rhinoplasty, techniques that allow precise bone reshaping while preserving structural integrity, supporting more natural outcomes and smoother recovery. His approach combines detailed functional assessment with careful aesthetic planning, aiming to improve nasal breathing while achieving natural, proportionate, and individually tailored results.
