About

Ryan Wood completed his Medical Degree at the University of Oxford. His early training was in Oxford and Surrey as a military trainee. He served in the British Army as a Medical Officer, and his military experience included a tour to Afghanistan on Operation Herrick X in 2009.

He completed his registrar training in the East of England training rotation and completed his Fellowship training in Sports Surgery at the World-renowned Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic in Ontario.

Ryan’s focus is on up-to-date techniques in joint preservation and ligament reconstruction around the knee. He also performs joint replacement surgery of the knee including partial and full knee replacements.
