About

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in shoulder surgery, upper limb conditions, and trauma care.

I treat problems affecting the shoulder, elbow, hand, and arm. I aim to help you reduce pain, improve movement, and return to your normal activities.


I see patients at Nuffield Health Chester Hospital and have been a consultant at the Countess of Chester Hospital since 2014.


My experience and training

I qualified as a doctor from the University of Liverpool in 2004. I then completed higher surgical training in orthopaedics on the Mersey Rotation.

During my training, I gained experience in both planned (elective) surgery and trauma care. This includes treating simple injuries as well as more complex cases.

I use modern surgical techniques and tailor treatment to your needs. My goal is to support your recovery and long-term joint function.
