Mr Falah commenced his surgical training in Glasgow. He moved to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary in 2008 to finish his specialist training in vascular and endovascular surgery.He was appointed as a consultant vascular surgeon at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary in 2013.

Mr Falah practices all areas of vascular surgery but has a special interest in the treatment of complex thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms, also he has a special interest in the minimally invasive methods in the treatment of varicose veins including Glue, radiofrequency ablation and foam sclerotherapy.

He enjoys his role as an Honorary clinical senior lecturer at the University of Edinburgh teaching medical students.
