Mr Lagattolla qualified from Nottingham University in 1985 and completed his higher surgical training at St Thomas’s and at Guy’s Hospitals in London.
Mr Lagattolla's full time NHS role was at Dorset County Hospital from 1999 but he has recently retired and now only offers private practice.
He specialises in venous investigation and treatment, particularly minimally invasive techniques such as laser and endoluminal bio-adhesive treatments.
All his vein clients have procedures performed as ambulatory cases under local anaesthesia.
Mr Lagattolla has a particular interest in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, venous ulceration and complex varicose veins such as multiple-time recurrences
and is very happy to consult and investigate clients with arterial issues as well.
