About
Mr Mohammed Hussain is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust specialising in advanced rhinology, nasal airway surgery and septorhinoplasty.
His practice focuses on both routine and complex nasal conditions including nasal obstruction, chronic rhinosinusitis, septal deformity, revision nasal surgery and septorhinoplasty.
He receives referrals for complex adult and paediatric nasal airway problems, including post-traumatic and congenital nasal deformities, septal perforations and previous failed nasal surgery. His work combines advanced functional nasal surgery with a strong emphasis on restoring both nasal function and aesthetic form.
Mr Hussain performs advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, image-guided sinus surgery, septoplasty and septorhinoplasty, with particular interests in complex nasal airway reconstruction and revision surgery.
Education
Following completion of higher surgical training in the UK (FRCS ORL-HNS), he undertook advanced subspecialty training in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery, including fellowship training through the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the British Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons.
He also holds the European Diploma in Anterior Skull Base Surgery (Paris).
