Mr Mital Desai

Mr Mital Desai is a UK-based Consultant Vascular Surgeon with extensive experience in the management of complex arterial and venous disease. He specialises in aorto-iliac and infra-inguinal revascularisation, carotid endarterectomy, advanced endovascular interventions, and the comprehensive treatment of venous pathology. His practice combines meticulous operative technique with evidence-based decision-making to deliver safe, patient-centred outcomes.

He serves as Clinical Lead for the South West London Vascular Network, providing strategic oversight of regional vascular services, pathway development, and quality assurance. In addition, he is Associate Director for NHS Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme, contributing to governance, service optimisation, and population-level prevention of aortic aneurysm-related morbidity.
