About
Mr Youssef is a consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon, meaning he specializes in both the surgical treatment of breast cancer and reconstructive procedures to restore the breast’s appearance.
He is based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he is a consultant in the Department of Surgery.

Training & Qualifications
He holds an MBBCh, MSc, and MD in Cancer Surgery, and FRCS and FEBS (Breast) fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the European Board of Surgery respectively. He also holds an MBA from the UEA.
