About
Mr Matthew Mason graduated from the University of Southampton in 2002 and completed his Higher Surgical training in the South West of England, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2016.
He was appointed as a Consultant General, Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeon at Musgrove Park Hospital in 2018.
Mr Mason has a particular interest in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery to treat gallstones, hernias, obesity and diseases of the stomach, oesophagus and spleen.
