Mr Mark Granger Williams is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in upper limb surgery, including shoulder, elbow and hand conditions, across the South West of England. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care using the latest evidence-based techniques to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Mr Williams graduated from the University of Edinburgh before undertaking higher surgical training within the South West Peninsula, where he developed extensive experience in both elective orthopaedics and complex trauma management. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2023 and subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in upper limb surgery at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. In 2025, he worked as a Locum Consultant at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton before being appointed as a substantive Consultant at Torbay Hospital.

His specialist practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder, elbow and hand conditions, including arthritis, rotator cuff disorders, instability, sports injuries, tendon problems, fractures and carpal tunnel syndrome. He has particular expertise in joint replacement surgery, advanced arthroscopic (keyhole) procedures, upper limb trauma surgery, and modern techniques designed to enhance recovery and optimise outcomes following treatment.
