About

I am a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Derby with over 45 years of medical experience. I specialise in reconstructive surgery and the treatment of skin conditions.

I have a particular interest in mole checks and skin cancer treatment. I care for people needing skin checks, mole removal, or skin cancer surgery. I focus on accurate diagnosis, safe treatment, and optimal results.

I support you at every stage of your care, from your first consultation through to your treatment and beyond.

I work in both the NHS and the private sector. I am a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. I also see private patients at Nuffield Health Derby Hospital.

In the NHS, I also work with the breast cancer team. I provide reconstructive surgery after cancer treatment.

I specialise in:

  • Removing moles and other skin growths
  • Treating benign (non-cancerous) skin conditions
  • Breast reconstruction after cancer surgery
I have extensive experience assessing and removing skin lesions. My aim is to deliver excellent results and make sure you feel informed and supported. I believe in clear communication and helping you feel confident throughout your treatment.
