About
Mr David Owens has been a consultant ENT surgeon at the University Hospital of Wales since 2011. He graduated in Leicester and gained postgraduate ENT training in Wales. Mr Owens sits on the specialist advisory committee for ENT at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is the Regional Advisor for Wales at ENTUK Council.
