About
Mr Christopher Fenn is a highly experienced Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, with a specialist interest in breast surgery.
Mr Fenn trained as a plastic surgeon at the internationally renowned Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town. He has been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Leeds since 2000 and led the breast reconstructive service at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where he treats patients requiring complex breast reconstruction following breast cancer treatment and for congenital breast abnormalities. He has extensive experience in microsurgical flap breast reconstruction.
Mr Fenn is also part of the regional skin cancer treatment team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, with a particular role in reconstruction following skin cancer excision, including facial reconstruction.
Alongside his NHS reconstructive practice, Mr Fenn's private practice has a specialist focus on cosmetic breast surgery, breast revision surgery and corrective breast surgery. He treats women considering breast augmentation, breast uplift, breast reduction, breast asymmetry surgery and breast implant revision, as well as patients seeking corrective surgery following previous breast procedures.
His experience across both reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery is particularly valuable for patients requiring more complex or individualised treatment. Mr Fenn regularly assesses patients who have undergone previous breast surgery and are dissatisfied with their result or require further surgery. His practice includes breast implant revision, breast implant removal or replacement, breast symmetrisation and corrective surgery.

He takes time to listen, explains the available options and their potential risks, and provides honest advice about what surgery can and cannot achieve. His approach is focused on creating results that are appropriate to the individual's anatomy and expectations.
Consultation and patient support
Consultations include a detailed assessment and discussion of suitable options. Where relevant, breast measurements and implant sizers help patients explore their choices and understand the proposed surgical plan.
At Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, patients also receive support from a specialist cosmetic surgery nurse during their treatment and recovery.

Training and experience
Mr Fenn trained in plastic surgery at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa, before undertaking further specialist and fellowship training across London. He was appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Leeds General Infirmary in 2000.
He has subsequently developed extensive experience in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with particular expertise in breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery and breast revision and corrective surgery.
