Mr Coapes is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist focus on hand and wrist conditions. He completed his training on the Northern Orthopaedic Rotation, followed by advanced fellowship training in hand and wrist surgery at the renowned Leeds General Infirmary. 

Currently serving as Consultant Hand and Wrist Surgeon at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, Mr Coapes also holds the position of Clinical Lead for Hand Surgery. His expertise spans a wide range of complex and routine procedures, and he is committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to each of his patients. 

Mr Coapes sees patients at Nuffield Health Tees Hospital on a weekly basis.
