About
Mr Gozzard qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1994 and was appointed a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1998. He completed specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in Bristol in 2007.
He has a sub-specialist interest in hand and wrist surgery. To further his interest and training, he worked in an Advanced Training post in Hand Surgery in Oxford in 2006. He was also awarded a travelling fellowship by the British Society for Surgery of the Hand and completed an international Hand Surgery Fellowship in Sydney, Australia in 2007.

Mr Gozzard has published peer-reviewed articles for a variety of journals. He was awarded an MD for research work while undertaking orthopaedic training in Bristol.
He continues to be involved in research currently working as the principal investigator in a multi-centre randomised control trial concerned with wrist fracture management.
