About

Mr Patel is a Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, benign breast conditions and hereditary breast cancer risk. His practice is centred on safely maximising breast conservation, combining meticulous cancer surgery with advanced oncoplastic techniques to preserve or restore breast shape whenever oncologically appropriate.

He offers the full range of modern oncoplastic breast surgery, including therapeutic mammoplasty, chest wall perforator flap reconstruction, skin- and nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate implant reconstruction, delayed implant reconstruction, and revisional surgery following breast cancer treatment. He also provides comprehensive family history risk assessment and risk-reducing surgery for patients with an increased inherited risk of breast cancer.

Mr Patel believes every patient deserves clear information, shared decision-making and treatment tailored to their individual needs and priorities. Working within a specialist multidisciplinary team, he delivers evidence-based, compassionate care with the aim of achieving excellent cancer outcomes while restoring confidence, wellbeing and quality of life.
