About
Mr Hall was appointed Consultant in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgery at University Hospital of Wales and Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales in 2020. Mr Hall specialises in children’s ENT surgery alongside his general adult practice. He also has a special interest in ear and hearing problems as a part of the South Wales auditory implant team.
Mr Hall qualified from the University of Bristol Medical School in 2007. He subsequently trained on the North London ENT Higher Surgical Training Programme in all aspects of ENT surgery, at units including Barts and the Royal London, Imperial College NHS Trust and the Royal National Throat Nose & Ear Hospital.
After being awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, he was selected for internationally competitive fellowships in Sydney for ear surgery and Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. Following sub-specialty training, he worked as a consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital prior to starting in Cardiff.
He is national representative for Wales on the ENT-UK council and an elected Council member of the British Association of Paediatric Otolaryngologists.

with a particular focus on maximizing patient safety
