About

Known for his approachable manner, Mr Bayles believes that expert care doesn't have to be complicated and that his patients should leave an appointment with answers, reassurance and a clear plan for moving forward.

He graduated in Medicine from the University of Nottingham before completing his specialist urological training in Norwich and the North East of England.

As a Consultant Urological Surgeon at University Hospitals of North Tees and Hartlepool, he provides expert care across a wide range of urological conditions. Alongside his broad general urology practice, he has a particular specialist interest in the treatment of kidney and urinary tract stones, helping patients find relief from what are often described as some of the most painful conditions imaginable.

Mr Bayles is the Clinical Lead for Urology at North Tees and also serves as Foundation Programme Lead for Surgery, supporting and developing the next generation of surgeons.
