About
Yvonne qualified at Cambridge University school of clinical medicine in 1997. She has been working as a GP and GP trainer in a semi-rural practice for the last 10 years. Previous to this she spent some time in specialist training in general and renal medicine at Guy's Hospital.
Yvonne is experienced in all facets of general practice and has a specialist interest in chronic disease management including diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension and complex frailty in the elderly. She also enjoys seeing children. She co-manages the Weight Management Programme. Her particular area of expertise lies in fitting contraceptive coils and implants.
