Dr Ingram has extensive experience in cardiac imaging, having performed his PhD in the field and also completed a sub-specialty training fellowship in echocardiography at the University Hospital of Wales. He is accredited in all forms of echocardiography, Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI and is the clinical lead for cardiac imaging at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. He is also the local lead for adult patients with congenital heart disease.
Tom enjoys gardening, photography and spending time with his four children (especially when he can take pictures of them in the garden)!

Dr Ingram’s post-graduate research explored the bridge between cardiac imaging and vascular biology and the results have been published in high quality specialist and general cardiology journals.
