About
Dr Sian Ludman is a Consultant Paediatric Allergist in Devon with specialist expertise in the diagnosis and management of allergic diseases in children. Following her medical degree at the University of Wales College of Medicine, she completed paediatric training in London and undertook national Allergy GRID training at leading centres including St Mary's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital.
She holds a Master's Degree in Allergy with Distinction from Imperial College London and is one of the few UK specialists to hold the European Diploma of Allergology.
Dr Ludman manages the full range of paediatric allergic conditions, including food allergy, anaphylaxis, eczema (atopic dermatitis), asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), urticaria, angioedema, drug allergy and Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES). She has published research in international medical journals and is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centred allergy care.
