About
Dr Sarah Watton began her healthcare career in 1989 as a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, including joint, muscle and chronic pain management. She later retrained in medicine, qualifying from University College London (UCL) in 1999.
Following qualification, she worked in hospital-based anaesthetics, gaining experience in perioperative care, pain management and acute medicine. In 2005, she moved into General Practice (GP) training, focusing on primary care, long-term condition management and patient-centred care.
Dr Watton was a GP Partner at Church Stretton Medical Practice from 2008 to 2013. Since 2013, she has been a GP Partner at Mytton Oak Medical Practice, where she continues to provide comprehensive primary care services, including management of chronic disease, musculoskeletal health, and preventative medicine.
