About

Dr Tomlinson qualified from Cardiff School of Medicine in 2002 and went on to train and practice in Primary Care as a General Practitioner. Her clinical focus is Women’s Health.

She currently leads a weekly Menopause Clinic supporting the Gynaecology Department in UHW, and is actively involved in supporting the development of the Women’s Health Hub within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board along with training of staff in the locality.

She is also the Welsh Medical Advisor and a Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project charity.

In addition, Dr Tomlinson is a registered College of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) and British Menopause Society (BMS) – accredited Menopause Specialist and Trainer.

Dr Tomlinson is passionate about patient empowerment and is committed to ensuring people have the knowledge and confidence to manage their health effectively.
