Dr Jones has extensive experience in the treatment of Sport and Exercise related injuries. She is employed by the NHS at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre where she works in the Sport and Exercise Medicine Service-Oxsport. She also works, as a senior sports physician, for the English Institute of Sport providing medical support to athletes. She has particular experience in athletics, pentathlon, triathlon, cycling, sailing, hockey, rowing, swimming and paralympic sports.
Dr Jones has practiced Sport and Exercise Medicine for over 10 years. She has a great deal of experience in treating sports injuries across the lifespan from children to octogenarians.
She is vice president of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine and leads the physical activity agenda of their behalf.
