About
Katie qualified from Warwick Medical School in 2007.
She took an early interest in women's health undertaking qualifications in contraception and general gynaecology. Once her family was complete, Katie extended her qualifications into menopause and holds the BMS advanced certification in menopause care and is recognised as a British Menopause Society Specialist. She has an interest and additional experience in headache medicine and can use this to help women with hormonal headache.
Together with her work as a GP, Katie has a strong interest in teaching, She is one of the founding members involved with a Devon wide scheme to provide grassroots menopause teaching to all health care professionals.
Katie is passionate about providing patient centred care and understands the broader holistic support that is beneficial for all aspects of medicine.
