Dr Jones qualified from Birmingham University in 2002. After completing her initial medical and surgical training, she joined the Shropshire training scheme for general practice. She worked in A&E, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry, dermatology and palliative care.
She has worked as a GP in Shropshire for over 15 years and has a depth and breadth of experience in providing all aspects of General Practice. Her special interests lie in diabetes, women’s health and contraception; including fitting and removing contraceptive coils and implants.
Dr Jones is also a Program Director for GP training in Shropshire, teaching the GPs of tomorrow.
