About
David Hildick-Smith is an interventional Cardiologist of
national and international renown. He undertakes procedures such as
angioplasty, patent foramen ovale closure, atrial septal defect closure, left
atrial appendage occlusion, transcatheter valve implantation and transcatheter
mitral valve interventions. He does echocardiography onsite for relevant
patients. He undertakes over 300 interventions per year at the Sussex Cardiac
Centre and is Structural Heart lead for the British Cardiovascular
Interventions Society.
