Dr. Beatriz Suarez is a highly skilled Consultant Dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. With a wealth of experience, she specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide spectrum of skin conditions. Her expertise includes managing conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, hair loss, and acute rashes. Dr. Suarez has a particular interest in the diagnosis of skin cancer and has received specialised training in skin surgery for both cancerous and non-cancerous skin lesions. She is co-lead for skin surgery at University Hospitals of Southampton.
She completed her medical degrees at Newcastle University, where she graduated with Merit and First-class Honours in 2012. Subsequently, she completed her medical training at renowned hospitals in London, including a clinical fellowship at the St. John's Institute of Dermatology. Dr. Suarez furthered her expertise by undertaking Dermatology Specialist training in the Wessex region. She has completed a dedicated fellowship in advanced skin surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery and is a member of the Eropean Society of Mohs surgerons and British Society of Dermatological Surgeons.
Throughout her career, Dr. Suarez has gained recognition for her research contributions, receiving awards and training scholarships that have enhanced her knowledge in the fields of medical and surgical dermatology. Her passion for her work and her dedication to exceptional patient care make her a trusted practitioner.
