About

Dr Asma Nasir is a Consultant Dermatologist at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton and is one of the pioneers in reestablishing dermatology services in the county with support from UHBW.  Her specialist interests are skin cancer and skin surgery, inflammatory dermatosis including Acne, Psoriasis, Eczema, Biologic therapies and dermatology conditions affecting hair, nails and the female genital area.

She trained and worked as a Consultant in Dermatology on two continents and previously worked with University Hospital Bristol and Weston to work towards her specialist registration for Dermatology in the United Kingdom. 

Her international training and consultant experience have provided her with extensive exposure to all skin types and a diverse range of skin conditions, underpinning a broad depth of dermatological expertise and a holistic approach to patient care.

Dr Asma Nasir performs a range of treatments including:

  • Skin surgery (removal of benign and malignant lesions)
  • Cosmetic lesion removal and Cosmetic procedures, including Lasers
