I graduated from University College London in 2004 and subsequently achieved Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP, FRCGP). I completed my GP training in Nottinghamshire and currently practise as a GP in Derby.

Teaching

Alongside my clinical work, I am a GP educator and appraiser, supporting the development of current and future doctors.

I am also a menopause trainer for the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, with a specialist interest in women’s health and menopause care.

As a menopause specialist, she provides personalised, evidence-based care to support women experiencing hormonal and hormone-related symptoms, helping them navigate every stage of the menopause transition with confidence. She also advises on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), symptom management, and long-term health after menopause.
