About

Dr Gadre is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine with an NHS base at Broomfield Hospital. He has extensive clinical experience in both anaesthesia and pain management, caring for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Dr Gadre has a particular interest in the management of chronic pain, with a focus on helping patients improve their function and quality of life.

Education

After completing his MBBS and initial anaesthetic training in India, Dr Gadre worked within the public healthcare sector before relocating to the UK in 2014.

Since then, he has undertaken further specialist training, including the FRCA and FFPMRCA qualifications of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, alongside specialist rotational training in Anaesthesia and Pain Management in the UK.

Approach to patient care

His approach combines appropriate medical treatments with non-medical strategies, tailored to each patient's individual needs, circumstances and goals.

Dr Gadre believes that effective pain management involves working collaboratively with patients to develop realistic and achievable treatment plans. He aims to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting patients in better understanding and managing their pain.
