He is recognised as the highest‑volume PCI operator in Yorkshire and one of the highest‑volume operators in the UK. He has extensive expertise in managing complex coronary artery disease, including chronic total occlusions, and regularly receives referrals from cardiology colleagues across the region for advanced procedures.

Dr Mozid has been a Consultant Cardiologist at Leeds General Infirmary since 2019, following four years as a Consultant at the Bristol Heart Institute.
