Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is physical treatment delivered by a registered Physiotherapist to help reduce pain, restore range of movement and function and help improve quality of life. This is done by examination, evaluation, understanding your perception and expectation, giving a clinical diagnosis and delivering treatment.

Treatments available at Nuffield Health Wimbledon include: Acupuncture, Aquatic (Hydro) therapy, CBT, Exercise, Pilates, Ergonomics assessments, Ultrasound, Biomechanical assessments and gait analysis, Massage, Spinal and peripheral manipulation and temporary orthotic prescription.
