Liz Dowling – Hospital Director

With over 40 years of nursing experience, Liz Dowling brings a wealth of clinical and leadership expertise to her role as Interim Hospital Director. Her career spans surgical, orthopaedic, and senior management roles, with the last 25 years dedicated to the private healthcare sector.

Liz is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care and safety, and she leads multidisciplinary teams with a focus on driving positive change, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to clinical quality, financial sustainability, and strategic growth, ensuring the hospital continues to meet the evolving needs of the patients and communities it serves.


Pinache Khan – Development Director

Pinache has over 20+ years of experience in healthcare roles across the private, NHS and international health sectors. Soon after graduating with a Master’s degree in International Health Management from Imperial College London, Pinache was part of a pioneering team that successfully developed, from inception through to commissioning and operation, a 250 bed specialist neuro and cardiac private hospital in Malaysia.

After four years Pinache returned to the UK and joined HCA London Bridge Hospital, followed by East London NHS Foundation Trust in senior business development roles. She joined us in March 2018 and plays a key role in hospital development and growth.


David Watkins – Interim Director of Operations

David began his career at the hospital as a pharmacist in 2015. With over eight years of service, he has progressed through roles including Chief Pharmacist and Head of Clinical Services.

Now stepping into the Director of Operations role, he aims to bring his clinical insight to key operational areas and help drive performance across the hospital.


Allison Bullivant – Director of Clinical Services

Allison joined Parkside Hospital 20 years ago, having trained at St Thomas’ Hospital in the 1980s. After spending many years as the outpatient manager, her role now is to provide clinical leadership and operational management for the clinical services provided within the hospital. She also has overall responsibility for the Governance of the hospital and drives the Quality and Governance agenda.

She has a passion for patient safety and experience and leads on our STEP up to Safety programme for all staff: “making patient safety everyone's responsibility”.
