On 25 June 2018, Nuffield Health launched ‘Trium’, our new health assessment portal.

You are now accessing our previous health assessment portal which has officially closed. If you had a health assessment before 25 June 2018, and would like to access your report, please contact 03452 30 20 40 between 09:00 - 18:00 where our specialist agents would be happy to help.

To access ‘Trium’ to view and download health assessment reports from 25 June 2018 onwards, please follow the link and instructions in your booking invitation email. This will be where you can also access your risk analysis questionnaire and dashboard and a wide range of health and wellbeing content.
