Helen Jermy Physiotherapist About

Helen Jermy

Physiotherapist

How can I help you improve your health?

Helen has an extensive range of expertise in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries including sporting injuries, lower back and neck pain, shoulder injuries as well as hip knee and ankle problems. Helen also has a keen interest in working with sporty children and adolescents and the injuries that are unique to their growing bodies - recognising that they cannot be treated as mini adults. The source of the pain or problem can often be a complex picture of understanding normal movement and tissue responses, and Helen is focused on finding the cause, not just treating the symptoms, so patients gain long term benefits from treatment. In her spare time when not attending athletics competitions with her son, Helen enjoys mountain biking, water sports, reformer pilates and generally keeping fit.
